In CBC Romania, under the leadership of Petre Nicolae, the only program addressed to managers and top managers in Romania was launched, becoming a landmark on the Romanian transformation training and consultancy market. As a graduate of a PhD in Sales and Marketing Management, and an EMBA at CNAM Paris, Petre Nicolae has the expertise to become one of the most important consultants on the Romanian market in terms of strategic management consulting, mentoring , recruitment and head-hunting.

The GM Master Class Academy training program is the only program in Romania that provides a certification accredited by the Romanian state bodies according to COR. It is structured on four mandatory and two optional modules: organization and reorganization of a company, management of process and organizational systems mapping, management of performance management, implementation and implementation of a coaching strategy, techniques and methods for coaching, leadership coaching. Petre Nicolae had an interesting career with many changes. Years later, what seemed at one point in his career an important moment, he later discovered that it could be considered a mistake or, at least, a hurry whose shortcomings he later noticed. Another problem for Romanian employees is the frequency of the burnout phenomenon, says Petre Nicolae, the moment of physical and mental exhaustion of unskilled employees who have not improved their skills and which can become a danger to the company when they are in positions of top management. In this situation, there are more and more employees over 40 years old who, losing their job, face serious problems when they want to find another job in the same position, all the more so if their level has stagnated in recent years .

Being professional in what he is doing, Petre Nicolae considered that he should provide the correct feedback to those who apply for the jobs offered, which turned out to be received in a negative way by the Romanians. An unpleasant experience in this sense was created by some of the candidates who received negative feedback after they applied to the jobs for which Petre Nicolae was doing head-hunting. Unhappy with feedback, they have started a negative campaign against CBC on most of their sites. It was one of the moments when Petre Nicolae came to the conclusion that Romanians like to be lying, they do not want to know exactly where they are, so they now offer only filtered feedback.

This year, Petre Nicolae proposed to open the first Marketing Academy in Romania, where marketing methodology methodology will be transferred. The program will also work according to the methodology transfer method, because this method has proved to be fruitful, providing remarkable results.
